We ship from Canada using a third-party courier, and once your package enters the United States, it is handed over to USPS for final delivery.

During busy periods (markets, holidays), processing may take slightly longer
Once your order is ready, it will be shipped out right away.

Final delivery is completed by USPS
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking will continue to update after USPS receives the package.
Tracking & Transit Updates
When your order is in transit:
Tracking may pause while the package is crossing the border
Updates usually resume once USPS scans the package
This is normal and does not mean your package is lost

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses
If a package is returned to us, we can resend it, but additional shipping fees may apply
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your order:
Check with neighbors or your local USPS office
If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll do our best to help
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged:
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery
We’ll review and arrange a replacement if needed
